Shipping
We ship within the U.S. via standard carriers. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item has left our studio.
Custom Orders
Custom-made items are created to order and are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Please email us with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item. A replacement or full refund will be offered depending on the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged in transit.
